I would like to respectfully remind you to please give me 24 hours notice for cancellations. • If appointments are cancelled on the day of with very short notice or before 24hrs notice you will be charged 50% of the service you booked. • If you no show your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service you booked. You will not be able to reschedule until 50% of your previous appointment is paid for. • I will be requiring a 50% deposit on some services at time of booking your appointment. The other 50% can be paid after your appointment. If you cancel the appointment before 24 hours, your deposit is refundable. If you fail to, it is non refundable. • If you no show once it’s a warning + fee said above. If you no show twice, you will be charged again and blacklisted. • If you are more then 10 minutes late to your appointment with no communication, your appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged for 50% of the service you booked. This also counts as a no show. • My time is valuable.
